Custom orders and quotes

• Each order is individually quoted.
• A Request for Quote is an inquiry, not an order.
• Customers approve pricing and project details before production begins.

Starting prices

Any price shown in the gallery is a starting point only. Final pricing depends on materials, artwork, engraving requirements, quantity, and the confirmed project details.

Any applicable tax, shipping, or deposit will be identified in the quote before approval.

Customer-supplied items

Customer-supplied items must be suitable for the equipment and readily replaceable if something goes wrong. BDW does not accept irreplaceable heirlooms, antiques, rare pieces, sentimental originals, or other one-of-a-kind items.

BDW must review the material and replacement availability before accepting the item.

Artwork approval

Customers must approve spelling, names, dates, artwork, and design details before engraving begins. BDW reviews artwork suitability and confirms final production details as part of the quote process.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before engraving begins. Any nonrefundable material costs will be disclosed before purchase.

Returns and refunds

Personalized products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. BDW will address mistakes or defects caused by our work, subject to applicable law.

Shipping and pickup

Pickup is available by arrangement, and shipping is offered when practical. Shipping costs are confirmed in the quote.

Turnaround

Completion estimates are provided individually. BDW does not advertise guaranteed turnaround times.

Privacy

Information submitted through the quote form is used to review and respond to the request. Reference artwork is uploaded privately for quote preparation and is not part of the public gallery. Do not submit information or images you are not authorized to share.
